When should I convert PNG to JPG?
PNG stores every pixel exactly, which suits screenshots, logos and graphics but makes photos very large. A photo saved as PNG is often several times bigger than the same photo as a JPG. Converting makes it easier to email, upload to forms with size limits, or use on a website.
